The data we keep, our reasons, and how to change it. Updated July 2026.
DomLine Research LLC ("DomLine", "we") runs an independent guide to order flow on the NinjaTrader desktop. This notice explains, plainly, what happens to the details you give us when you browse, send the contact form, or use the sign-in.
The contact form sends us the name, email, phone and message you type. The NinjaTrader login lane handles the credentials you enter only to pass you to your layout; we do not gather a record of your positions. Our servers keep ordinary technical logs such as IP address, device type and pages requested.
We use your details to answer you, to help you read the tape, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
A handful of cookies hold your settings and tell us which pages readers lean on. Take or leave the non-essential ones from the banner, and wipe them from your browser whenever you wish.
You can ask what we hold, request a fix, or ask us to erase it. Write to the base below and we will get back to you in reasonable time.
